Services 

There are several wedding packages available. If the services listed below do not precisely meet your needs, a customized package will be arranged for you. Prices are discussed during your first consultation.

We also sell invitations from Carlson Craft, Regency Thermographers, and Birchcraft, as well as honeymoon packages from Sandals & Beaches Resorts. It is not necessary to hire coordination services to purchase these products.

 

 

 

 

PACKAGE "A"

REHEARSAL & CEREMONY

 

(includes two meetings & telephone consultations)

-Recommendation of wedding professionals based on your style and budget

-Consultation to review established wedding plan

-Prepare wedding day itinerary for Bride & Groom, wedding party, and parents

-Confirmation of wedding professionals and contracts

-Arrive at wedding site 3 hours prior to wedding to ensure final details are taken care of, assist with dressing, distribute flowers to wedding party, etc.

-Direct the rehearsal and wedding ceremony 

-Supervise wedding professionals at wedding (ie. photographers, florist, musicians, etc.)

-Distribute "day-of" payments and tips to wedding professionals

-"Emergency Kit" - We are prepared with supplies for some of the most common or unexpected events that might occur during your wedding day

-Not to exceed 6 hours of Consultant time on day of wedding

 

 

PACKAGE "B"

REHEARSAL, CEREMONY & RECEPTION

 

(includes two meetings and telephone consultations)

-Includes everything listed in Package "A"

-Direct & oversee the reception, including coordinating with reception venue, DJ/musicians, organizing the cutting of the cake, bouquet toss, etc.

-Not to exceed 10 hours of Consultant time on day of wedding

 

 

PRE-PLANNING ASSISTANCE

If our pre-packaged plans do not meet all your specific needs, consider adding additional services to your plan. Hourly fees apply to these planning options.

 

Services may include:

-Creation of monthly wedding planning calendar

-Assist with wedding budget

-Assist in shopping for wedding gown/tux selection

-Set up appointments to meet with wedding professionals and accompany bride

-Communicate regularly with wedding professionals involved with the wedding

-Maintain payment schedule for wedding professionals and provide reminders when payments are due

-Assist with design issues, such as decorations, favors, etc.

-Arrange transportation for wedding party

-Arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests

-Assist with honeymoon arrangements
